color cameras like MARS-C are extremely sensitive in both infrared and

cut off both infrared and ultraviolet light if you want to get pictures
of the planets and the moon in true color. When
taking solar photography, strong infrared radiation will also affect
the image clarity and contrast, so it is also necessary to add UV IR-cut
